1. Eligibility Window – Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of the date we notify you that the service has been completed.
2. Snapshot Restoration – Acceptance of a refund means you agree for your website to be restored to its exact state before work commenced, based on the backup snapshot taken at that time. This may include the presence of malware or other issues.
3. Refund Method – Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout, within 5–10 business days of approval.
4. Work Ownership – Upon issuing a refund, any work, code, or configurations we applied during the service will be removed.
5. Exclusions –
   • Refunds will not be issued if you request cancellation after work has been completed and you have approved it.
   • Refunds do not apply to additional services, third-party costs, hosting fees, domain purchases, or security subscriptions purchased on your behalf.
6. Finality of Restoration – Once the refund and restoration are processed, no further support, maintenance, or follow-up will be provided under the refunded service order.
